As Corporate Quality Manager, you’re responsible for the increase of the customer satisfaction by improving quality, consistency and reliability of products through monitoring of processes and identifying opportunities to improve.
You also ensure that all managers and ‘process owners’ develop the Quality Management System within their scope of responsibilities.
Reporting to the CEO, your responsibilities are:
You ensure manufactured products are online with specifications & processes.
You develop and promote, with the collaboration of other departments and BU’s, a culture of continuous improvement of quality.
You monitor and take appropriate actions on KPI’s: returns (SAV), waste rates, etc.
You ensure that processes required for the Quality Management System are established, implemented and maintained (and reviewed/improved when/where needed) in accordance with Iso 9001.
You ensure requirements of Sales force and/or customers are met (reports, questionnaires, audits, etc.).
You manage a small team:
1 direct report: Quality Manager (for Belgium/Europe) who supervises a team of 3 people.
