Your mission

As Data Service Manager you are the key person in the company monitoring the security and the sustainable operation of the digital services provided to the customers.

You ensure the customers support on the field or remotely and you take benefit from that experience to initiate a continuous improvement of the BEA offer in terms of products and services.

You maintain a clear vision of all technical aspects related to ongoing connectivity needs. You monitor the projects and are accountable of ensuring their maintenance using either internal or external resources.

Your activities

Within the Corporate R&D Department, after in-depth technical training about BEA connected products, your activities are:

    • You daily monitor the cloud based system and connected product operation.
    • You track and identify the occurrence of attacks or attempts of attack. You consequently apply the adequate “state of the art” actions.
    • You execute the internal security procedures. You coordinate the required actions with the different services, business units and external partners.
    • You permanently monitor the security IT trends and you keep your technical knowledge aligned with the “state of the art”.
    • You support the Product Manager and the design teams in the security compliance processes applicable to connected product design or act as the external security auditor.
    • As member of the Security Group, you participate in the definition of the security policy that will ensure a safe operation of the BEA digital solutions.
    • You manage the official BEA market place accounts (App store and Google play).
    • You authorize the update of the cloud solution and IoT devices upgrade.
    • Thanks to your proximity with the markets through your support function, you are a key interface between the market needs and the Product Manager.
    • You play the role of adviser to the different services and BU of the company to inform and train them in the different processes related to the data services execution.
    • In collaboration with the purchase department, you manage the external third parties to obtain the goods and services required to fulfil the needs linked to BEA connected solutions.

Your skills and competencies

    • You have an industrial or civil engineering degree or a degree in IT.
    • You can demonstrate proven track records in IT systems with, ideally, knowledge of the different environments used in our solutions (Linux, Azure, DotNet, Java, iOS, Android, …)
    • You are familiar with IT security standards.
    • An experience in IoT world is a plus.
    • You have thorough knowledge of English and French (written and oral).
    • You are analytical, methodological, proactive, rigorous, precise and stress resistant.
    • You can easily communicate with different teams in a worldwide geographic organization.

We are looking for various sales profiles linked to specific geographic areas whose task will be to identify, develop and close sales of BEA products in different segments of activity.

Today, our sales staff is made of following positions:

  • Ability to understand customer’s needs and demands, and put these into a global context

Depending on the position you will apply for, one or more of the following skills will be expected:

  • Wish and will to share your knowledge (learned in house) with sales and/or technical staff of our customers during dedicated training sessions
  • Wish and will to spend 20 to 40% of your working time abroad, in your dedicated area, to share the BEA message
  • Ability to implement a strategic business plan based on current BEA’s analysis and conclusions in a given segment
  • Ability to create and defend your own strategic business plan for a given segment or area in the team
  • Display clear team-orientation pushing you to create internal heroes as opposed to seeking to become a hero yourself.


As a group, we make 95% of our sales outside of French speaking areas. Native French is not a must. In the European Business Unit, the sales areas are clearly defined, so following language combination are welcome:

  • German & Slavic language (e.g. Polish/Czech)
  • English & Scandinavian language
  • English & Dutch
  • Italian & Spanish
  • Italian & Turkish.

Please do not insist with only English-Spanish, unless you plan to move to our US subsidiary one day. But in this case, Portuguese (Brazilian) would be an extra!

Product Compliance Manager

BEA recherche un Responsable de la Conformité des produits (H/F)

Votre position

Vous êtes chargés de gérer toutes les activités relatives à la mise en conformité des produits BEA en vue de leur mise sur le marché. Intégré dans les équipes projets et en lien avec la direction technique et commerciale, vous pilotez l’ensemble des certifications et qualifications de nos produits. Vous animez un ensemble de laboratoires et de sous-traitants permettant de répondre aux besoins de lancement des produits de BEA sur le marché.

Vous assurez également la veille normative au sein du groupe BEA.

Votre mission

Vos activités principales sont:

    • étude et analyse de la réglementation et de la législation relative aux conditions de mise sur le marché des produits et services;
    • sélection et gestion d’un réseau de laboratoires partenaires ou d’organismes de certifications, responsable des négociations commerciales et contractuelles avec ce réseau et gestion du budget de certification ;
    • contrôle des rapports techniques, vérification que les essais ont bien été réalisés conformément aux normes applicables ;
    • suivi des dossiers de certification (analyse et avis des dossiers en vue de l’obtention/maintien des certificats, analyse de l’impact des modifications apportées sur le produit aux regards des normes applicables, …) ;
    • gestion des litiges au niveau des conformités de produits;
    • veille active dans ses domaines d’activité.

Vos compétences

  • Vous êtes ingénieur industriel ou ingénieur civil et faites preuve d’une polyvalence au niveau technique avec un attrait pour les matières plus légales
  • Vous avez éventuellement une première expérience dans les aspects légaux liés à la mise sur le marché de produits électroniques
  • Vous avez une très bonne connaissance de la langue anglaise parlée et écrite, l’allemand est un plus
  • Vous faites preuve d’inventivité, d’aptitudes rédactionnelles tout en gardant un esprit critique et pragmatique
  • Vous êtes rigoureux, méthodique, organisé, autonome et travaillez facilement en équipe

Your mission

  • You are responsible for the planning & coordination of product development up to the launch on the market and you synchronise the R&D BU and Corporate projects. You handle the planning of specifications, developments, certification, validation and launch of our products.
  • You work closely with the CMO – concentrating on the needs and evolutions of the markets and the strategic marketing – in order to ensure the synchronisation of the R&D BU and Corporate projects
  • You maintain a clear vision of all ongoing projects and their technical aspects. You monitor the projects as the spokesperson who has the necessary insight to bring a different (and beneficial) vision to the Product Managers and Project Leaders

Your competencies

  • You have a degree as Industrial Engineering with experience in the relevant field
